Best Family oriented hotel I've ever stayed at!

The animation team are AMAZING! Paula, Guilia, Matt, Moha and Carin !! We did not miss any activity.

Moha and Matt are awesome and super funny!

A big thank you also to the servers Monica and Roberto who are very professional and warm! best servers! Every time we were surprised of some gestures (candies or ice cream for my daughters, the table was always ready with a baby chair in advance...) these small gestures make the whole difference for a five stars hotel.

I would be grateful if you pass our thanks to all of them.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Can't think of anything negative to say. Been open one year so I think the staff are now up to speed. One more day to go staying on b&b so can't comment on the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is amazing for choice and quality. Cava if you want it! Staff very friendly and efficient and very good with children. Number one choice if we're back in Mogan.

Hotel is just a year open and with c400 rooms it is very impressive. The hotel is located about a 20/30 minute walk to the port area, where there is a great selection of many good restaurants. The bedroom / ensuite were excellent and spacious. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of choice and was very acceptable. Pool areas were very large , with one pool dedicated as " a quieter are" and this was well respected by the guests, my only complaint would be that sun beds would need mattresses for comfort. Poolside dining was very limited but good nonetheless. The hotel has entertainment most nights but lacked quality and management should review to attract more guests, as most evenings were poorly attended. The onsite Italian restaurant provided good but menu was limited. Balcony sunshine will vary throughout the day depending on location. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel provided an airport transfer each way which was a pleasant surprise.

We are pleased to inform you all direct hotel bookings made by phone, email and via our brand web site for all room types with a minumum stay of 7 nights have airport transfers included.

Minor issues:
1 Mini bar was not refilled before we occupied the room and so we got billed for the missing items. (later refunded)
2 We booked a 10 day holiday but reception automatically loaded our room key card with only 7 days and so we could not get into our room on the afternoon of the 7th day. A trip to reception was need to fix that.
3 The room safe would not work. Technician had to be called and he replaced the batteries within 10 minutes.
4 Our room was not cleaned one day till after we spoke twice to reception. (Mid afternoon and after 6.30 pm)
All minor problems but they should not have happened at all.
Apart from that, the hotel was comfortable, well finished and the staff very pleasant and helpful.
Breakfast was good but we did not use the hotel for evening meals - too many very good restaurants nearby!

Room Tip: You might want to use an eye mask for sleeping - the bathroom walls are translucent and so anyone switching on the bathroom light in the middle of the night lights up the whole bedroom!!

Radisson blu never dissapoints. New hotel with all facilities you need. Awesom food, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Awesom pools one of them is salt water. Plenty of things to do. Gr8 for the kids as well.
