The hotel is beautiful, outside and inside. Next to it is Cozy bar,a guaranteed great night out ( for younger guests). The food was soooo good every day. So much to choose from, for breakfast and dinner, and for 25 dinnars extra u can have a royal lunch also, but there is a possibility you will just eat and sleep repeat and put on weight . The outdoor pool is very nice big enough and clean. It does says burkini is forbidden but its not true. Everybody was free to wear what they want. I was happy that a lot of the staff speak english and they were all smiling, never grumpy, never behaving like u disturbe them ... The rooms are big, huge, flat tv and a nice balcony. I really loved all the green space around the outdoor pool also. The artistic program was a bit too late. I will definitely return to this hotel and i totally recomend it.

First of all I would like to thank all the staff from the management to the cleaners and the tup tup driver , animators and waiters and actually everyone that made our stay perfect always with a smile and very very helpful even if we can’t speak a word in French or Arabic they always helped us and made us feel at home.
The rooms always very clean and the food fantastic. They are all very helpful even at the reception desk they always did their best to help us during our stay. We loved the night animation that involved kids and adults.
The location is great too few minutes by walk from shops and the marina.
Is actually a pity that tomorrow we have to say goodbye but for sure we will return.
Thank you so much and keep up the great job

I've visited again Eden Yasmine an Spa after my last visit 2 years ago and I'm very disappointed.
Hotel restaurant was veeery crowded as a Tunisian traditional market but certainly not a 4 stars hotel one. Children were running everywhere. Waiters were not available for all clients.
I understand this is a school pupils holidays period, but this should has not been as crowded as it was the weekend of December 23rd. Friday, we waited for 10 minutes to have a free table. Some people even started some fights with waiters who were overwhelmed with all the visitors Friday and Saturday.
Food was ok but not as good as it was 2 years ago.
Exterior pool still looks good, but interior one certainly not. Chairs were dirty and not well entertained.
Rooms are ok.
Receptionist said that veiled women can swim in the interior pool but not in the exterior one in summer. A pity. They were accpepted in the past.
Hotel disco is closed in winter.
Entrance chandelier was full of dust and we saw a tiny cockroach next to one of restaurant buffets serving tables.

Room tip: Definetly choose the ones having balcooneys in front of exterior pool. Those in front of the road are noisy.

I have stayed in Yasmine a number of hotels and this hotel really does give you a real feeling of Tunisia. The hotel is at the side of the Medina and is within walking distance of the centre. Although it is close the hotel is set within its own grounds and has a large pool which was well maintained and clean. There is also a small paddling pool for young children. All the staff are extremely friendly and do all they can to assist you. There was waiter service around the pool who would bring you drinks, refreshments, The room is basic but of an Arabic theme but was clean and in good condition. There was a fridge and safe in your room and the bathroom was equiped with a hairdryer. The main areas within the hotel are traditional but extremely clean and tastefully decorated and would certainly recommend the sisha room as this really did give the atomosphere of the area.
Wewent bed and breakfast which was adequate there was plenty of choice of fresh food meats etc. But as this was not a hotel catering for the UK then the choice were more for a local taste. However there were plenty of freshly made pancakes and croissants which certainly gave me plenty to eat especially as I alwys take my own Jam!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Eden and would certainly visit this hotel again.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a Pool View rooms without tend to overlook ta busy road

Just come back from spending a week at this hotel. We arrived 3 am in the morning after a long delay but the guy on reception was very welcoming and made check in as quick as possible so we could get to bed . Our bags were taken to the room and first impression was not very impressed as it was a bit of a odd shape However as the week went on we did warm to it although basic had everything we needed The room was cleaned daily and the maid did an excellent job every day . The pool area was lovely and well maintained and the pool was a good size even though it was freezing .We went Bed & Breakfast the food was ok but was glad that we had not booked half board as some morning there was a shortage of glasses and cups at the tea and coffee and a lot of queuing if you wanted eggs fried or omelettes so never bothered to try and the cereal was not of good quality either so just had pastries The waiters were really good throughout the hotel and did buy pizza chips in the afternoon which were good value for money. The Animation Guy did a brill job and was involving all the guests however the owner who was in the bar area one day while we having a coffee was giving him a hard time for being to noisy which was not very professional (my daughter understands Arabic ) so felt very sorry for him as in our opinion he was doing a fantastic job entertaining the guests of the Hotel.Although was not overly impressed at first I did warm to the hotel and although the lift broke and little niggles I would stay there again.

Room tip: we were in 270 lovely view of the pool area
