We visited twice during our stay at sainte foy. The first time we did the 2 hour canoe trip starting upstream. We were driven upstream with the canoes and then paddled back to Port Foy. We really enjoyed this. The next time we took a mixture of canoes and stand up paddle boards for the one hour trip starting up stream. The kids loved this. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids aged 14 to 7. Even our 7 year old managed to stand up on the board and paddle. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and finding out how to do it and falling off. The SUP hire was 12 euros an hour, canoes 9 euros for adult, 7 for child for hour. The first day we went was cloudy and no one else was there but the second they were really busy and we only got squeezed in Since someone else didn't turn up. So I would book. However we couldn't get number on flyer to work. They are based on the road going east out of port sainte foy parallel with the river east of the river beach.
