Dear All,

I'll try to keep it as short as possible:

1. The food is absolutely disgusting !!! The Chef has no taste nor idea about cooking. Last dinner was so bad that my whole family didn't touch any of the two dishes. On this evening he served black pasta with seafood from the TIN followed by barely warm, greasy, covered in wet pastry another fishy misunderstanding. The taste was absolutely grose.

2. The waiters are struggeling to speak english. If you arrive for breakfast any later then 07:30 you can be sure that some of the food will already be gone. I have asked the waiter to bring some cheese to which he replied: "I have no more cheese"

3. We had to sleep under blankets. I would expect from a three star hotel to provide duvets and linen.

4. It is not possible to leave the garage between 00:00 and 07:00 so on the day of departure I had to park my car outside and put my kids in reezing seats.

5. The fire extinguisher in the alleyway was discharged which I have reported to the manager.

6. The swimming pool was cold for last three days.

7. One of two showers in the swimming pool area was broken and supplying boiling water. No one however bothered to repair it during our week's stay.

8. Entertainment in this place doesn't exist. The choice is following:
- swimming pool
- billiard

- during evenings one of the waiters organises some sort of pathetic disco with the use of his laptop and two tabletop mini speakers.

This place should go by the name of HOSTEL Villa di Bosco since it doesn't fulfill standards of a hotel.

We stayed 8 days with a family of 4 in July. We booked a half board.
The hotel is well placed. Enough free parking spaces just in front of the hotel.
The hotel itself: clean, well kept, good facilities (Nice small warm swimmingpool, massage, fitnessroom, bar, etc). Hotelroom was also ok: good matresses, clean and good bathroom, Nice balcony with great vieuws).
The breakfastbufet offerd enough choice and was of sufficient. Small detail: coffee was bad.
The diner offered choice as well. Had. To chose one day in advance. Good quality and quantity!
Staff were always at help when needed, and doing their jobs with a smile! Very Nice people!
A rather négative point: we bought for a week's wifi for 9 Euro that mostly didnt work. Then again, who wants to work on holidays ;-)
Conclusion: this hotel deserves a recommendation!

Room Tip: Best Rooms are on the backside. Best views

We were there last summer and really enjoyed our visit. I appreciate nice personal which helped us with everything we asked. Food was simply delicious. Wide selection for breakfast, three meals for dinner, only specialities. We also were visiting nice sauna and small swimming pool each day.

Perfect location a stone throw (4 km) from Alpe di Pampeago Latemar and Obereggen ski resorts slopes. Good proximity also to other renowned Dolomiti superski resorts in Val di Fiemme (Alpe Cermis, Alpe Lusia) and the nice small old town of Cavalese. Friendly staff, nice and clean amenities. Rich breakfast and dinner halfboard. Free parking.

Room Tip: Freshly extended spa area including an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
