Kindly apologize if the language level of our staff was not satisfying. Even though the majority of our guests - as you rightly say - are from German or Italian speaking countries, we of course host also guests coming from English speaking areas. The majority of our staff is absolutely able to communicate very well in English and always strives to do its best to assist our guests whenever help is needed. At the same time we also know that there are a few employees who may not speak the language fluently. We can assure you that we are doing our best to improve here and optimize the level of our language skills. We hope for your understanding!
We would also like to deeply apologize for the fact that you were faced with long waiting times. This is definitely not in line with our usual Quellenhof standard. We always try to serve our guests as fast as possible. In times of full capacity, it can of course happen that our staff has to jump between the areas and we may not be able to serve you as quickly as usual. However, we constantly strive for improvement here.
The fact that dishes have not been served correctly or have been forgotten should definitely not happen in a 5 star hotel. We can absolutely understand your displeasure in this regard. Our employees are usually perfectly trained and shine with a highly professional service. We will definitely seek the conversation with our restaurant manager, so that we can improve the aforementioned deficiencies. We deeply hope for your understanding!
Furthermore, is our top priority that our guests enjoy a pleasant evening in a beautiful ambience. Of course, this atmosphere should not be marred by any kind of background noise. If this was the case, then we would also like to apologize for this.
In fact, our house has grown in the last years. Our team is happy to explain the resort to our guests at check-in and let them know where the main things like restaurant, different spa areas etc. are located. In addition, we have tried to make the paths a little more understandable by using a fairly clear color guide system. The colors also match the colors on the resort map and in the brochure, so finding your way should be a little easier. However, whenever you have trouble finding something, please never hesitate to ask us about it.
Thank you also for the suggestion about the welcome drink. The voucher for the drink can ve redeemed by our guests until 8 pm. Of course, if you have a late arrival, it is possible to enjoy it the next day. However, since we accommodate a large number of guests in our house and have many simultaneous arrivals in times of full occupancy, it is unfortunately not possible for us to hand out a welcome drink to each guest individually. In our chalets and suites, our guests will of course receive an additional small gift. We hope that the desicion for this kind of procedure is understandable your you!
Thank you also for your suggestion regarding Casino Night. We have received nothing but praise from our guests here so far. Since not all guests participate in events like these, we usually have enough space for free development. However, we will of course take your suggestion to heart and discuss it with the responsible staff.
A turnover service is carried out in our chalets, so that our guests are pleasantly prepared for the upcoming nights. However, please feel free to let us know at any time if you have any special requests, so that we can gladly fulfill them.
