Girls trip

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Nov 22, 2018via mobile
I can not say enough about this hotel. My girlfriend and I decided to spend the last 7 days in koh sumui. We had been traveling for 2 weeks through Thailand. We both felt like we needed to spend sometime in one spot. This exceeded everything I ever expected. Pom and all the staff show such care to everything they do. The service was incredible. All our needs met. The food was unbelievable. It made me so happy. Morning breakfast was presented everyday so perfectly. If you’re looking for a quiet place right on the beach, here’s your spot! Only a short scooter or taxi ride to all the action. Along the beach you can find some local restaurants. When I come back I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is a cute, warm and its a joyful place to stay if you like a calm and relaxing atmosphere, instead of big noisy resorts with alot of «sellers» by the beach!
The restaurant has amazing food, and the bar serves you the best Passionfruit Daiquiri me and my girl has ever tasted!! Wow!
Mr Ed was so careful and serviceminded, and Pom isbthe sweetest girl I’ve ever met! (She even speaks fluidly french!)

Thanks alot!

At first glance you think, what have I done? But one you walk down the path to the resort its heaven. The staff are so accomodating, the rooms are so clean and the facilities are excellent. The manager/owner, pom, is a beautiful soul and so helpful. She arranged everything for us during our stay, even to the point of giving me a birthday cake and card. T h e food in the restaurant is first class. Not a bad thing to say about our stay. If you like quiet, restful, child free seclusion - this is the place. Id go back in a heartbeat.

Upon arriving we did not get a direct Wow factor at all. But this might be because of the 12 hour travel time, and the location of the entrance which is a little dodgy by night.

BUT!!! After checking in, the attention to detail, the service and all the convenient facilities are amazing. Actually so good, that after our three night stay, we were seriously planning to skip Koh Tao so we could stay another few nights. After all we didn't, but honestely, this good is Beluga. The food, rooms, cleaneliness, location, the staff and how they are trained by the owner, it is all just flawless. We enjoyed every minute here.

We were just trying to find a failure or remarkable thing, but we just can't. Worst we experience might be, that the bar is closed at 10pm and at this time the place is death silent.

We would definately stay here again next time and recommend it to all friends and family.

We have spent three weeks in this little paradise. It has been wonderful, the location, the privacy it offered also the staff were very caring - many thanks to Pam and Sue-, we've felt pampered during our vacation. The room A1 we stayed in was clean, offered enough space, aircon was a little louder than back home, but it did it's job and we were able to sleep very well in spite of the outside tropical climate. We had a rented car for the duration of our stay, parking is in the neighbouring yard, by mid morning it was really busy, loaded with 4x4 trucks which brought fellow tourists to the rock, but by 5pm parking was easy. From the hotel leads a narrow alleyway to the main road, 2mins walk, restaurant, supermarket nearby. We have had wonderful breakfasts, with fruits, hot and cold drinks variety of eggs and bisquits.
We will always remember our time in Koh Samui, many thanks to the owner Romain and to the Staff of Beluga. Erika & Tamas
