We have recently returned from 2 weeks (20/09-04/10) at Paul Marie apartments in Analipsi. It is a lovely small family complex set out in meandering pathways full of colourful climbing shrubs, not concrete square boxes as can be found in many resorts. Our room was airy and light, comfortable bed and adequate storage areas. There was basic "Greek" self catering items but no kettle, microwave or toaster. Although the apartment could do with a bit of an update it was well presented and very clean. Towels changed every second day, sheets once a week.
We took the half board option and were not disappointed. Evening meals were freshly cooked by "Mom" to authentic Greek recipes, a different menu every evening. Meals were served as a small buffet and were delicious - only one niggle - the food could have been a little warmer.
The family and the staff that look after you as if you were a relative could not be more helpful or friendly.
Safe was 10 euros per week and air conditioning 7 euros per day.
Location in this delightful resort couldn't be better, just a few minutes walk to the beach, village centre, restaurants and shops. As you would expect the local people could not be more friendly.
If you want to venture further afield the buses are very regular and run along the main road which is about a 15 minute walk away.
Room tip - every room offers it's own individual position, some sunny, some shade, the ones around the pool area are more open.
Would we return again - once we've lost the weight we put on this time - most definitely.

Highly recommended. From start to finish we had a fabulous time. Spotlessly clean rooms, fantastic food, brilliant hospitality. Run by mum, dad, brother (Paul) and sister (Maria) who all made us feel very welcome - nothing was ever too much trouble. Air conditioning was available at a small extra cost - irons and boards available on request as are hairdryers. We had a really fun barbecue/Greek night and the food was excellent and plentiful followed by Greek dancing led by Paul and Maria. Thank you all so much for a lovely relaxing stay and we look forward to seeing you all soon.

Room Tip: All rooms are good - ground floors lead directly to poolside and bar
