Superb accommodation amidst beautiful surroundings! The most modern ground floor apartment we've yet seen with every facility you could wish for on a city break. Batheaston itself is situated in gorgeous countryside with riverside and canalside walks available right from the doorstep. There are great foodie pubs also within walking distance and a word to the wise - when going into Bath don't bother with the (very) limited and expensive car parking, take the bus. A day pass for £4 gives you unlimited journeys and drops you back almost at the door. Definitely recommended - the owner also dropped in as we were leaving and was a pleasure to meet. We'll be back!

As the name says this property is ideal for a couple. The property is old but the interior is very modern. The property is well kitted out and Andrew the owner is so helpful. The parking space is tight if you have a large car but we managed to get in and out with our car (Peugeot 3008).
This is a great base for exploring the area and if you like walking you can walk to Bath via the canal tow path.
There are 2 pubs down the road and a general store that has most of your requirements.
If you go up the road and turn left towards Bathampton you will find The Mill on the left at the side of the river and the toll bridge. The Italian is a great place to eat and reasonably priced.
If you go over the river there is the Bathampton Mill and further up the road in Bathampton there is the George located at the side of the canal.The George has a good selection of food to offer all day.
If we are in the area again we will be booking in with Andrew again.

I booked a two night stay for my Daughter and her partner as an Xmas present as I wanted to give them a little holiday in the city of Bath.I found this little gem and it sounded perfect for two as it so described.The owners were fantastic during the whole booking process and kept the secret that it was a gift by not contacting my daughter until i let them know it was safe to do so.The whole process from booking to the date my Daughter arrived went perfectly and The owner Andrew was very speedy at answering any questions I needed to know and very clear with any instructions for the day of arrival.My Daughter and her Partner had the most amazing stay and could not praise it enough.Very Contempory and central to attractions with your own parking space and a bus stop just outside if you wished to leave the car.Thank you Andrew for giving my daughter a wonderful stay..If I find myself needing a little holiday in Bath I would like to stay myself and will definitely contact you for availability.
