We stayed here for 3 nights and we're given a room in "The Lodge", which gives you the impression you are staying in something special. Sadly you are not, as it is just a two storey annex that looks very tired, is in need of maintenance and only offers rudimentary facilities. Although the beds are comfortable they are very narrow, the pillows are soft and uncomfortable, the shower is good, the cleanliness is OK and the WiFi is abysmal. Although the manager will confirm this, he will tell you it is "fantastic" in the main Hotel. Trust me, it is NOT! The only plus is the breakfast offered each morning, which is plentiful and should satisfy even the hardiest of traveller's. Unless you are on a budget don't stay here as there are better and more plentiful options further afield, just a short drive from Bath.

I stayed here on Friday night; apart from my bed not being especially comfortable, bathroom facilities were good (a separate bath and shower), staff were helpful, and the views across the toll bridge from the breakfast room are amazing. However, our first impressions weren't great, as we arrived somewhat late, meaning that we had trouble parking.

A pleasant place to stay, we stayed overnight. Stunning location. The room was very smart, comfortable beds. Staff very helpful.
Situated right next to River Avon, with an actual mill wheel!
Would stay here again.

We had a one night stay. Worked well for us as we wanted to go out late, so the 24hr reception was good. The room was nice. But can't comment much more than that as we weren't there for long.
However. The only reason we booked this hotel is because of the free parking. We turned up and the car park was full (the receptionist informed us this is due to the restaurant - but it seemed very quiet).
So I would say the parking is very limited for the size of the hotel. If we knew this we probably would have paid more to stay in the centre of town.
