Good apartments in a great location.
It is a very short stroll to the restaurants on Gympie Terrace.
You can even see the river in room 17.
It's great to have a kitchen that allows for breakfast and the occasional meal.
Paul & Adrienne were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment with a very comfortable bed. Full kitchen, dining and lounge. Great location near the river and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Noosa Heads is only a short drive away. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean, spacious apartments. Excellent location, 5 minutes to plenty of cafes, bars, the beautiful Noosaville river. The hosts Adrienne and Paul are very friendly and helpful. Its nice to stay in a clean, comfortable, tropical-feel place like this and feel very welcome as we did. Great value accommodation. We will be recommending to friends and family.

After looking through many places to stay in Noosaville and then realising it was school holidays and checking out the reviews we thought we would stay at Rimini - Honestly the reviews were great and we booked and with the previous owners and they said they would give us a beautiful room overlooking the garden
Arrived safe and sound - the parking space was way too small at the very end no 12
Next morning we went to reception and asked for another parking place - the relieving managers - the gentleman was extremely friendly but not so much the female - we were given the visitors parking
Later again we went to reception and the female relieving manager was on the phone personal call and we waited and after a couple of minutes put the phone down and I said we can come back and let you finish your call - she then said I will Ring you back
This is minor to what happened next - we woke up to a disgusting smell in the toilet coming up through the drains - i sent an email and my husband went down to see them
The new manager extremely polite and really lovely and def superior in genuine friendliness
He put don what the plumbers use for drains
- it helped but late in the afternoons the smell would come back not as bad but still
Come back - Def don’t stay in No
12 unit
Staying 9 days we were due for cleaning - they changed our sheets only - no dish cloth was left and petty I know but Honestly how can you wash dishes with a small thin blue cloth - no bathroom cleaned or vacuuming - cleaning it was not
The overall experience not knowing you have to walk upstairs two flights with your luggage is harder when you are getting older and something that really should be mentioned - the bathroom light switch was out and my husband went down at 9am and mentioned could it be replace - 5 o’clock had to go down again and ask for it to be done - I always thought giving little extras as it Homiday season they are making a fortune being totally full that thorough cleaning and smells be fixed from drains - as Adrian the manager acknowledged it is a problem with other units
Then I left my sunglasses behind and once I got back to the Gold Coast I realised and sent an email and at first they were not but them they found them and said if I send a self addressed envelope they would return them - I mean seriously - bad smells in the bathroom - light bulb not replaced - not cleaned - didn’t smell clean and didn’t look clean - you’d think sending them off would not have been much trouble - definately won’t be going back
My expectations of cleanliness service and greeted with a friendly genuine manner is important - this is how we treat people in our business to let them know they matter

RiminiApartments, Manager at Rimini Holiday Apartments, responded to this reviewResponded November 1, 2017

Thank you Pam for your very detailed review on your recent stay with us at Rimini.
The apartment that you stayed in, was & is indeed a beautiful unit overlooking the garden. On your arrival, you would have been given your information pack & shown where your car space was. There is a separate parking space for each apartment, to date, we have not had any issues regarding guest being able to manovour into their allocated spaces.
As we acklowledged to you, we were having intermittent problems with a couple of the apartments and a smell in the bathrooms, this issue has now been rectified. I appologise any inconvenience this may have caused, although you did mention that you also had the same problems in a rental property you had owned.
In regard to your mid stay service, when the cleaners arrived, you & your husband were making your lunch. They offered to come back, but you told them it was ok to stay. They changed the bed & did the bathroom. As you were both in the kitchen and the benches were covered in your lunch items, they did not go into the kitchen. That being said, as the apartments are fully self contained, it is not part of their duties to wash up or clean up after guests whilst in house.
If you care to take another look at your confirmation email sent on 9th August, you will find the following:
‘We are a two-storey walk up building with just 20 apartments located on the first and second floors. Please note we do not have an elevator but we are happy to assist with baggage by prior arrangement.’
We make no secret of the fact we do not have elevators and there are stairs. This is also clearly outlined on our website as well as all the booking channels.
The day your light globe blew was a Sunday. The receptionist who works Sunday notified us but as it was our day off, we had gone out for the day. On our return, the light globe was replaced.
In regard to your lost property, in your case, the sunglasses, we always notify the guest if an item has been left behind. We then ask them to supply us with a reply paid envelope / padded bag or the like to return their goods in. This has always been the policy here, and I know to be the case in other resorts. As it turned out, your niece called in and picked them up from the office.
As you can see from other reviews on tripadvisor.com we have an extremely high number of very satisfied guests, who return year after year.

We spent just under 3 weeks in a one-bedroom apartment in this very well-appointed holiday let. It has everything one needs and the grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Paul and Adrienne were most helpful. It is located 'a stones throw' from the river and within easy walking distance to many very good restaurants. Having no ground floor apartments was the only inconvenience (minor) for one of us.
