Situated on housing estate. Parking , if available ,off road next to property.steps to property steep ,uneven and some rotten. Outside raised open platform potential fall hazzard with filthy bb que. No hot water/ central heating on arrival due to faulty boiler ,which could not repaired until the following evening. Smoke detector covered in cling film,bare electric wires in the kitchen , broken socket and light fitting hanging loose. Kitchen utensils ,pans not fit for purpose, kitchen dirty and greasy. Soft furnishings old and damaged in places, beds uncomfortable. Needs upgrading in all areas. Left due to health and safety concerns and poor condition of property. Manager not very helpful or unavailable and often did not respond to calls. Parent company also not responding to emails.
