The rooms were perfectly luxurious, the interior style is clean and modern influenced by nature and the service is very good. I liked spending some time at the pool with my fried who lives in Santa Gertrudis. Even though the roof top pool is great - you‘re not at the sea.
I preferred breakfast in a cafe next door, as the atmosphere of having breakfast in the entrance hall is not my favorite one. Either way: I‘d definitely stay at the hotel again!!

The hotel is very nicely located in the center of a beautiful little village in the center of the island. From there you reach each coastline within 15 - 30 minutes by car. The hotels interior design is very unique with elegant minimalism. There are little shops and a very nice small cafe right next to it. We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at this location and enjoyed every second.

Stayed with my young family during Easter weekend. We loved it. Location is perfect, our suite was just fantastic, the team is out of this world, they could not have not done more for us to have an incredible experience. Our kids loved the pool at the roof top terrace. They served a delicious breakfast with many local items, very interesting. We also eat at their ground floor restaurant, El Musset, great value. We highly recommend it. Thank you Cati, Tony, Juanan, Santi and the entire hotel team. You rock!. See you next year!

This was our second stay at Gatzara and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The hotel is stylish and comfortable with lots of smooth creamy stone, big comfortable beds and located in the centre of Santa Gertrudes, 2 mins from shops, restaurants and boutiques. Located in the centre of Ibiza it is within a half-hour drive to pretty much everywhere you might want to go, but has a pool on the roof if you feel like staying put. Our room was on the second floor looking out at a quiet street with views to Ibizan hills nearby. It has a peaceful, friendly feel and we saw both couples and families, everyone looking relaxed and happy. The staff are lovely and were incredibly helpful when I realised I’d left my precious leather jacket behind - they found it and sent it back to London immediately - it arrive within 2 days of my phone call AND they refused my offer to pay the postage - amazing service all delivered with a smile - we’ll be back soon!
