There are many great advantages to staying in Soriano and this little gem is certainly one of them. I smiled when I read a recent review --- we too ate there three times in a week! (as we left the last time "our" waiter asked if we would be back again!). Like so much of this town, you feel like you belong and are among friends and family. Everything we ate was wonderful -- from pizza to wild boar pasta. I would say that service is relaxed rather than slow. The pace of the restaurant felt like the pace of the town --- which we absolutely loved. Which to you prefer? Having to go find some one to pay or having someone keep checking every 5 minutes if there was anything else you needed (code for 'let's keep it moving"). We quickly learned that everyone here moved at a different (again, 'relaxed' ) pace. Ultimately this adds to the character of the place. If we ever have the good fortune to return to Soriano, this is the first stop
