We used this hotel for a one night stop. We didn't need luxury, and the straightforward rooms were very clean and functional. The air conditioning worked well in the high heat. Reception was great - and whilst we didn't have breakfast it looked ok.

Hotel very close to Mont de Marsan golf course (5 mins). Free parking. Free WiFi. Very attentive staff who speak English and Spanish. There was a large tennis tournament going on locally when we were there, with players of many nationalities.

On our drive back from Portugal we stopped here for the night as it was sort of on the route we had taken. It was good value and looked OK from the pictures and reviews we had seen.

The hotel is very clean and modern, and looks fairly new from what I can see. The reception area and restaurant area are very simple, similar to an eTap or equivalent budget hotel in the UK.

Our room was of good size, had a double bed with a singe bed above in form of a bunk bed. This would make it better value for a small family, but would start to get a little cramped with 3 adults. Everything you need for an overnight stay was in the room; storage, information of local places and a nice bathroom stocked with some shampoo/body wash. The shower was good; hot and powerful. We had no complaints about the room.

It was apparent, to me anyway, that when we were driving to the hotels location, it is out the way of any local towns. It must be located on a popular travel route. Being tired from our journey, we didn't want to travel around the vicinity to look for a place to eat, so we opted for a Macdonalds located on a nearby retail park. Not the best, but it tied us over for the night. We were guilty of not researching the area prior to arrival, so perhaps I missed a couple of little gems.

Overall, we had a good stay and the hotel offered us exactly what we were after. A short stay, a good sleep and a nice refreshing shower.

This is the second time we have stopped here overnight on our way from the UK to Spain. Both times the rooms have been spotlessly clean, if a little tight on space. The air conditioning works well both for cooling and heating the room and the shower room is a good size with sparkling clean fittings. There is secure parking and the staff were courteous and helpful (and spoke English which, although I never expect that, is a great bonus). Additionally we never book in advance but even so the price is not hiked up like it is at similar establishments in the UK when you turn up tired and hungry at the end of a long drive. All in all this is a very good place to stop midway through the drive to Spain and excellent value for money. It is just a shame that Premiere Classe have not opened up in the UK yet! Take note Premier Inn Uk - this is what a traveller's motel should be like!!!!!!
