So we booked this hotel through "booking". Looked cool, good pics, close to a kitesurf spot. Quite expensive but fine for what it was. Or so we thought.

The hotel owner is the only staff there. Even though she s a very nice person, she doesn't have a CLUE of how to deal with customers:
-breakfasts with no choice,and if you don't eat everything she ll ask why -very awkward-. The cupboard that contains the coffee stuff stinks. The coffee machine is in an area FULL of mosquitos, with books full of dust next to it.
-on the 1st of January, no breakfast, no one to help you whatsoever. We were there from the 26 to the 7 and didn't get any decent breakfast from the 1st to the 4th, not knowing why.
-she asked us questions about our personal lives. Asked me if I was catholic. Asked my companion to say a prayer to make sure he was catholic too.
-interrupted us while talking to other customers because she couldn't stand it.
-yelled at us when we got back one night at 2 am, saying that we should have warned her.
-the room was cleaned once a week. We asked for more and had to argue. If ever I asked for clean towels she would scream at me.
-we had to pay for the entire stay on the 1st day, which we found odd but then understood. If we hadn't had paid the entire stay we would have clearly left!!!!!!!

The room was quite nice, but the service is totally catastrophic. Don't expect a hairdryer or new towels regularly or a nice quiet breakfast. The owner is after you NON STOP and behaves like you were her hosts.

We asked the see the big boss, who manages her. Told him about everything. That it was too much. That he should do something for us. He offered to give us one more free night in this hotel. Which OBVIOUSLY we refused. We wanted a discount on our stay, he said he couldn't. Amazing.

I have never been to a hotel like that in my life. It should definitely close and be presented as a "house of a local" but not as a hotel.

DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!
