I like to stay in small hotel.
This is the one I was looking for.
They clean up the rooms and all the places very well.
No breakfast.
But, their coffee shop offers wonderful cakes. It surprised me that the lady owner of this hotel is making these cakes.

We loved this hotel, we booked another night whilst we were there for the return, we had room a5, and this over looked the pool, the room was quiet, clean and stylish.
The staff are very accommodating, and very pleasant, they will help arrange anything for you.
Do book a city tour through the hotel, it is definitely worth it, we took in elephant trekking, and what Chalong, the big buddah and view points.
The café which is adjacent to the hotel is wonderful for breakfast.
The location of the hotel is situated right in the heart of the old town, and it is a very traditional place, which was a fabulous place to visit, the locals are very friendly and loved chatting to us.
The hotel is definitely a boutique, it had a Spanish feel to it, and was so well kept, it was so cute and felt very homely.
If you need a hotel in Phuket town, then this is the one, it has lots of choice of cafes and bars near by and local food stalls are all over, the food choice is brilliant.
The hotel emailed us before we travelled asking if we would like a taxi from the airport, the price was the cheapest id seen offered from all the forums, and they were there waiting for us. Also if you need a ferry booking, do it through the hotel, they will include a free transfer to the port.
Thank you to the staff

Room Tip: request a quiet /pool view room, these are away from the main road.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. Staff is friendly. Everything comes with a smile and nothing is too much for them. Rooms are spotless clean and spacious. location just perfect, in the middle of the old town, in my opinion a must see when you're in Phuket. There is no breakfast included but in the direct neighbourhood there are plenty of little bars and resaurants to buy you some wonderful beakfast. Try Super Sandwich, for example. Just a 5 minute walk away. Swimmingpool is'nt very large put perfect to cool down after a city tour.. would defenitely stay here again.

Quaint hotel right in the old town. Great design, nice details....rooms are simple but impecable. No restaurant. Staff is fantastic and quickly make you feel at home. Location is great. Fantastic place for a couple of days in Phuket town.

Room spacious, good bed and shower. Lots of info for tourist. Giorgia, the boss makes the best creme caramel. Good coffee and croissant. Nice sitting area, good magazines to read.
Nadda ...on reception was so kind and very efficient. Made calls for us re hire car, maps, advice. So caring. Very good restaurants everywhere.
This is a great hotel to explore Phuket town which should be a world heritage site.
The old shop houses need a lot of work and it would be really sad to loose the history.
Will hopefully get there next year.
One extra towel per room would be good.
One tiny gripe was we had to ask for loo paper on 2 occasions in our 5 day stay.
