We had a spacious studio appartment on the 4th floor and stayed 2 nights.
The staff was friendly, the pool is really great (we mainly booked because if that) the rooms are clean and big with quite nice views. The sheets are clean but have holes in them and the bed is quite hard and uncomfortable (however, this might depend on your personal preference, but I like softer beds where you don't feel the spring-cores). The hotel is in walking distance to the old town, also passing a mall and lots of restaurants and bars on the way. There is no breakfast service and the hotel is currently under construction, so if you want to relax at the pool or your balcony be warned that it could get quite noisy from 9-17h. We didn't mind and enjoyed our short stay.

The hotel was booked on hotels.com and we really looked forward to stay there, the last hotel we had on our tour in thailand. First of all we could find the hotel, because they are rebuilding the hotel, so the entrance(from the road to the reception) was closed because of that, when we found it, we had to walk on grass to get to the reception, which would have been more then fine, if not it ended up being mud after a few steps into the grass, and with heavy luggage with us, it was unbelievable dirty after that. According to the booking, we should pay 4140 baht on arrival at the hotel which we did, and they made a stamp on the booking which said paid. then everything should be fine. Then a note at the lift saying that they were rebuilding all over the hotel, and saying they are sorry about that. No one in the reception told us, and at that time we already paid, and according to the booking we couldn't change hotels without paying the amount anyway, and with almost one month of holiday as a single parent, i didn't wanna spend even extra on another hotel. because of the work they are doing there was dust all over, they didn't clean the pool in our stay, there was so much noise which was sad and not possible to relax. We would never have lived there if we knew they would working on the hotel.
But we stayed there and left and was kinda okay with it all. it was not a very good stay, but a place to sleep and not long from the city, and there are places near by so you can eat.
3 weeks after our stay, i checked my bank account, and they took 4140 baht more. I wrote to hotels.com and they sent me an email, that i should write to them about it.
all they do is saying"we will look into it" and "we can't see that you paid on the hotel" - so either the hotel or the staff at the hotel took the first 4140 baht for themselves because i paid 2 times.

So my advise, find another place to stay, because they might charge you 2 times for the stay.

We chose this hotel because of the nice reviews. However, our stay were extremely disappointed due to the following reasons:
1. They are currently undergoing some major renovations. Work starts at 8:30am - the noise, from knocking down the walls or something, is extremely loud that you won't be able to sleep or stay inside the room. The ceiling & the floor of the room are shaking (I am not exaggerating!). There is no way that one can enjoy the stay with this kind of unbearable loud noise!
2. Due to the renovations, the major way of getting into the hotel is blocked and there is no sign to tell people how to access to the lobby. We found the sidewalk which is filled with wild grasses and the stone path is not even stable for older people to walk onto it.
3. The staff - only one staff is helpful and speaks enough English to communicate! Others look at their mobile all the times. They don't even look when people walk pass. They couldn't even help to arrange a car to go to the Phuket Weekend Night Market at 5pm. The staff said the driver is off and then I asked for a taxi. She said taxi is also on holiday. I've never experienced this in Thailand. Have been to Thailand more than 20 times and hotel can always help to arrange a car/ taxi.
If you are thinking of night life, this is definitely not a hotel for you. Patong area is 30 mins away. If the hotel cannot arrange transportation, it's not easy to get there. Will definitely won't stay at this hotel again!

The hotel is like a resort. Very spacious room, with coffee, fridge , kettle, cupboards, aircon, spacious bathroom with bath tub, super clean room. There is a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The swimming pool is so clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool daily. The phuket town is at walkable distance. The bus terminal 1 is at walkable distance(10min), you get bus to airport, patong and nearby places. You can book phi phi island tour, James bond island tour etc from Anda Varee Co ltd. or similar tour operators. The tours are awesome as well. Would recommend this hotel for family couples .

Perfectly located across from limelight... Rooms are pretty clean, a bit dusty though and the bathrooms could use some upgrades. Staff is super friendly. The pool is great especially when coming with your kids. Mattresses are on the harder end and in the night times you can hear the live music club located nearby. But if you are looking for a town hotel and want to experience the nightlfe of phuket town this is the place to go.

They do not offer breakfast. But there is a good breakfast joint just across the street. Will definitely come back
