Fabulous views from this outdoor covered terrace. On a steamy hot day 36 degs. The automatic sprinkler was a delight. We only required a light lunch so the chef prepared us a salad with an assortment of vegetables. It was delightful. Service is seamless and old fashioned in its attentiveness. Good wine, lovely cheese. Altogether a charming experience

The room is lovely, beds comfortable and bathroom excellent. The views from our room, the dining room and the breakfast room are superb. The restaurant is quite formal, but the food is good with amuse bouches etc. Service excellent. The menu is small, so we ate there only one of the two nights we stayed. Staff all round were great. Breakfast is excellent, with mini croissants and chocolatines so you can eat both!

Room Tip: Make sure you ask for a room overlooking the countryside - others look over the village, also pretty

We only stayed one night because we were travelling but we received a warm welcome and the hosts were very helpful
We had a lovely dinner on a table by the window with a great view. The food was excellent and the wine is sensibly priced particularly the local wines which were very good and a compliment to the food.
I would come again and visit often to eat!

Room Tip: get a room with a view

My husband and I are staying in this beautiful boutique hotel for a week. Set in the picturesque and restful village of St Félix-Lauragis (45 minutes drive from Toulouse), this hotel is the perfect place to stay. We are enjoying the wonderful and varied continental breakfasts, which so far have included cereals, nuts, local goat's and cow's milk yoghurts, multiple kinds of freshly baked breads, croissants and brioche along with cheeses and meats, and an assortment of fresh fruits and juices. We've eaten in the Restaurant and have been delighted with the quality, choices and service. It deserves several stars (hats)!

We are staying in the suite, which comprises a bedroom, bathroom with both a shower and a bath, a separate toilet with handbasin, and a roomy sitting room furnished with a couch, two very comfortable lounge chairs, coffee table, and a small desk and chair. In addition there is a balcony with chairs and table! All the rooms are airy (air conditioner available but not needed so far!), and have fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.

It is the perfect location to have a restful vacation, with the choice of taking short or long walks in the immediate area. St Félix-Lauragais is delightful, but you can also take half-day or day trips to various historical areas such as Castelnaudary, Revel, Garrevaques, and Albi which has the Toulouse Lautrec museum.

The managers, and staff here are wonderful and have made us feel comfortable, and at home. Merci !

Room Tip: The whole hotel is quiet, and the rooms are on the first floor. All have great views.
