We went today for treatment and afternoon tea. We decided to go early for breakfast at the tea rooms. Very nice food and I loved the way the tea was presented! The setting is so relaxing. We were welcomed and shown to the changing rooms were we each had a locker with towel, dressing gown and slippers. We spent some time in the pool and steam room. We used the drench shower (bucket of freezing cold water after the steam room). We had joint treatments back massage and facials. The therapists took time with each asking what type of products we prefer and what type of massage we would like. Honestly think I fell asleep during my facial. Beautiful treatments. Afterwards we spent some time in the steam room before going back into the tea room for lunch. The staff in the tea room especially Rebecca couldn't do enough for us. We spent the majority of the day here. Perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Stopped in the tea room today. We were served by the two Debbies who made us very welcome indeed. My friend has a sandwich with a generous filling which was served with a fresh salad garnish. I had already eaten so enjoyed my flat white. The lunch menu is very appealing with a good variety of options. I shall be returning.

Arrived 23rd May for one nights stay with my bestie to celebrate her birthday.....staff were very welcoming and accompanied us to our cottage....and we weren't disappointed ....beautiful decor great bedrooms and fully fitted kitchen.. couldn't ask for more. We had booked for afternoon tea in Jamisons Tea Rooms just next door to us... Wow we loved this...really plentiful and tasty .... the tea room - very stylish and a REAL TREAT. Afterwards we lazed in our own little garden at the cottage before going into the spa... all we could ask for.. swim and sauna and chilled on our indoor lounger taking in the wonderful views of the country. Then we had our beauty treatments along side each other .... back massages and facials excellent. Our dinner was two microwave meals and bottle of wine... Stacey the manageress did offer us transport or food delivered from nearby but we were happy. Great nights sleep in our comfortable beds breakfast next morning in Jamisons Tea Rooms.... eggs Benedict with birthday candles and staff sang happy birthday wished we had of booked to stay longer ...HIGHLY RECOMMEND can't wait to go back. . Thanks staff and Stacey for making our stay something special

Stopped off here for a Sunday lunch in the Jamison Tea Room. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Food was home made and very fresh. Good range of menu choices - our party had salads and soup with a sandwich. Reasonable prices and very relaxed, friendly and spotless. The meal was so good we just had to have dessert - it was delicious. Although we weren't using the cottages and spa we had a wander around and it looked really good for an overnight stay or a lazy weekend break. Definitely one to consider if just for a coffee or lunch or even a short break ! We got a table easily this visit but advised busy on Saturdays so may need to pre-book if you don't want to be disappointed !
