We stayed at here at the beautiful Nai Harn with Luxury Escapes offer. It is June, which is the rainy season but although it rained almost every day it isn't for long. We were so well looked after by all the wonderful staff who make you feel very welcome. The room with day bed was spacious and so comfortable with absolutely every thing you need catered for (except any shade protection on the balcony, so it was too hot for me to enjoy laying on the lovely bed) but they have phone chargers, music system ,robes ,rain umbrellas etc. Breakfast was included each day with great variety and delicious fresh food. You don't need to eat for the rest of the day! Spa experience is devine. Dining out, we can recommend Cocoanut Restaurant which is just outside the resort gate on your left. Very nice food and good prices for both food and drinks.

Room tip: Great view from rooms higher up, need to climb Some stairs, lift only goes to 6th level. No too difficult and staff carry your bags.

We have just returned from spending a week at this wonderful hotel. We booked the holiday through Luxury Escapes having read reviews on Tripadvisor.
Our room was upgraded from a delux to a grand ocean room. I must say it was one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in. The room was bright and breezy, with all the trappings of a first class hotel. The views were amazing, looking over the popular beach and beyond.
The breakfast just like the past reviews say is top class , catering for all taste.
The staff are welcoming and attentive and always there to help.
Would highly recommend this hotel for couples who want no more than to be in nice surroundings and relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed here at the Nai Harn Resort for the last week of a 3 week holiday in Thailand it was our first time to the area, after having last few holidays in Khao Lak, Panwa, Karon Beach, Patong, and Kata Noi. We found the beach great, cleaner than our last few trips to Thailand.
Resort was great, positioned in superb location overlooking Nai Harn Beach. We were in room 809. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, linen and accessories all of high standard. TV with latest input features etc.
Breakfasts were the best we have had, fresh pulped juices, cooked breakfasts along with the usual selection of cereals. An exceptional array cold larder goods on offer as well. Breakfasts finishing at a late 11am for those sleepy heads and all overlooking the beach it was so nice.
Restaurant meals that we had there didn't disappoint.
Swimming pool was inviting, a choice of lounge chairs and areas to relax in.
spa service also good.
Anyone in wheelchair might not find it suitable as there are a few stairs even though there is lift to the sixth level.
A lovely Resort and we would recommend it.

Massage is an art of a touch.
The Nai Harn hotel spa is all about spreading the wisdom and traditions of Thai massage and healing.

Wellness here is glamorous and fresh with indulgences that last all day.

All custom Spa Voyages are inspired by the elements: the purity of the Andaman, the softness of a gentle sea breeze, the warm radiance of the sun and the nurturing earth.

I start my two-hour treatment with a salt coconut peel followed by a divine Pearly Shells signature massage. The professional therapists and the music take me far away; the sea breeze offers sweet fragrances of frangipani.

The therapist places special heated sea shells on key muscles of my body to provide deep, penetrating, relaxation and therapy. She uses other heated shells to massage the rest of your body in a warm, flowing massage! Unlike hot stones, the texture of the shells provides a very mild exfoliation and incredible sensations! A unique, fun, and therapeutic experience.

I left completely relaxed, with a smooth skin and full of positive vibes … It was a feel good experience!

We used to go to The Nai Hrn when it was called The Royal Yacht club quite a bit. So we were excited to check it out after the renovation and change of owner.
It has undergone a facelift. The room look clean, nice and bright. There are a few issues though: the door of our room had swelled. It was very difficult to open and close it. The rainshower wasn't working and there were sparks coming from the lights on the ceiling. The electricity was on and off a few times a day. The day bedon the balcony is absolutely useless during the day because it has no cover and the sun is scorching. Either cover it or bring back the old loungers with umbrellas.
One thing is amazing and that is the service. From the pool boy, housekeeping, reception, restaurants the staff is extremely friendly and attentive and made us feel welcomed and valued customers. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and our room was beautifully decorated and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine Alf fruit platter. Thank you very much for it!
The breakfast was outstanding and the food in the restaurants was consistently very good.
One more thing - please put a note at the pool area for people to use their headphones and not to have loud coversations on speakerphone. One is there to relax after all but a lot of mainland China tourist don't get it.
Looking forward to the above mentioned improvements so we can give you 5stars next time we visit. Thank you!
