Family of four, we stayed in the Cragganmore Cottage for one night during our 6 day Tasmania road trip after touring around the Tasman Peninsula all day. The cottage was perfect for us. We ordered breakfast and cooked eggs and bacon in the room which was great. Nice views and good location on the bay with the Salmon farms in the distance. A drawer full of dvd's provided pre-bedtime entertainment. Sylvia and David were very friendly and polite as was the beautiful dog! The homemade bread with breakfast was so great! There is a small grocery just down the road which is convenient.

Thank you for such a glowing review, we are delighted the breakfast hamper with our home made bread was such a hit!
It is wonderful to hear that the family enjoyed their stay in the cottage and was perfect for your family. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your brief holiday here in Tasmania, hopefully you will return one day and spend a little more time to explore.

regards,
Sylvia and Dave & Bonnie

Storm Bay Guest House has been recently renovated by it's new owners Sylvia and David. You are greeted with an ever developing landscaped garden, freshly painted and bright accommodation. The breakfast selection is delicious with home made bread and home made jams each day, plus cereal or cooked options - a great way to start the day whilst soaking up the magic view across White Beach. There is 'heaps' to do in the area, so don't just think of it as a stop close to Port Arthur - there are easy and more challenging walks, beautiful beaches, remarkable cave and plenty more. Dave will provide you with endless suggestions if asked.
A great couple of days here - thanks for the hospitality.

Room Tip: Stay more than one or two nights. There are stairs to all rooms

We loved Storm Bay Guest House. Our room and the facilities were first class, the breakfast was wonderful and the view is amazing. Sylvia and David were perfect hosts. This is an ideal base to explore the peninsula from and surely the best accommodation you’ll find, with five-star luxury and a world class outlook — bring your camera.

The couple that run this Guest House are genuine and lovely people. They made us fell right at home and cooked an unreal brekky (featuring home made bread). The bed was ridiculously comfortable and we had the best sleep of our two weeks in Tassie. There was also free Netflix which was a nice perk.

Very comfortable B&B with charming, sensitive hosts.

The balcony is the perfect place to take in the sunset with a cheese platter.

And the scallops down the road at the RSL aren't half bad either.

As a solo traveller, it was nice to enjoy Sylvia and Dave's company.

Thanks for having me.
