Brilliant service, room was great and staff were helpful. Would recommend it. The beefeater connected to the hotel also provided amazing food. All together it was a nice place with lovely staff will definitely come back................
Great customer service from the staff all very welcoming and friendly. Rooms always clean and tidy plus has a beefeater next door to cure all your hunger needs. the WiFi is pretty good, good enough to support YouTube and Netflix so steaming is no issue here.
We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and it never fails us a friendly welcome and restaurant never fails to impress
I can’t fault the fantastic staff at this hotel. They did ever to make sure we were well looked after.
Unfortunately, the room we were in (Number 10) were quite shabby. The panels in the bathroom were had peeling laminate, the walls were very scuffed and the carpet looked very grubby. It’s a shame because with a bit of a refurbishment, together with the existing staff, this could be a fantastic place to stay.
Check in guy was very friendly and welcoming. Doesn’t appear to have a lift at this property but unsolicited he asked if we needed help to get our cases up the short flight of stairs to our floor. Shower temperature and power was excellent.
