le Lupin Blanc is one of my wife's and my favourite restaurants in Les Alpes de Haute Provence, and we make a point of eating there whenever we're on holiday in the area. The service, friendliness, remarkably good food at a reasonable price, and lovely location in the village square, all create a lovely experience. (Also the manager speaks excellent English.)

Parking in the village square can be tight, but there's another car park a short way down the hill on the approach to the village.

Thank Ian M

My wife and I had eaten lunch here only once before, fifteen months ago, but the proprietor recognised us instantly and welcomed us back. Most impressive!

2014 year was the current management's first year of operation, so we were pleased to see that the restaurant was still thriving and that the high standards we experienced last year have been maintained, with excellent food and service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and a pleasant setting in the village square.

The menu gives a range of choices (not huge, but certainly adequate), and the proprietor - who speaks better English than I speak French - was very willing to help translate the finer points of the menu. We decided to eat indoors but there were also tables outside in the sunshine.

Parking may be a bit tricky, as space in the square is limited.

A most pleasant experience.

Arriving on one of the hottest days of July (36') we were welcomed inside where it was a lot cooler and treated to a simple but excellent and very filling lunch.

My wife and I ate Sunday lunch here for the second time - the first being two years ago - and once again we enjoyed the experience very much. The welcome was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant, its setting and the village are attractive and peaceful. The menu was limited but the food excellent and reasonably priced with ("service compris": no tip to be left), and the service was cheerful and attentive. We hope to eat there again before ending our holiday.
