My husband and I have a second home close by and try and come to the Brin each time we are in France ... sometimes twice or more! The chef, Tomas, is passionate about the food he cooks and where it is sourced which shows in the quality of the plates put in front of us. We absolutely love this restaurant and it is our favourite, hands down! The service is great too. Friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back as soon as we return.
