Gęś w dymie is real treasure of Lesser Poland voivodeship. Chef Marcin Pławecki is not only an owner and cook of the place - he also runs his own farm with gooses, ducks, chickens and whole parcel of plants. Those highest quality products combines smoothly on plates, when in hands of Marcin. IMO the meals are inspired by polish cuisine mostly, but you can also find a french touch in it.
We have been there three times, and we were pleased every single time.
We tried goose leg, pate, snails, steak, raw duck brest and many, many more. Highly recommended
