My spouse and I had a late lunch here while staying around Kamala.
We ordered spring rolls, crab cakes, and masaman curry. In all three dishes, we were really pleased with the attention to fresh ingredients and and allowing the individual flavors of each component to work well together.
A few notes on each. A highlight of the spring rolls was that the vermicelli inside seemed to have first been steeped in a delicious broth - not your usual bland and cold offering. The crab cakes were - to the standards of east coast US offerings - low on crab meat, but the price reflected this and they were still deliciously flavored and filling. The masaman curry was the most delicately executed (and hence delicious) version I’ve had of this in Thailand.
