Spend a week there and it was the most relaxing experience to date. Once you reach the hotel you feel embraced by the smell of the hotel, which it is calming and relaxing. Then the lobby has outstanding views and the staff is educated and with excelent manners. The rooms are awesome and big enough to enjoy staying there. Swimming pool is worth using. I really enjoyed it.

Unfriendly staff makes the hotel a shame, never say goodbye after phone conversation, I left my suite case definitely in the taxi , the female staff at the bell desk ( on 9 July 2018 around 10pm) is not willing to help. But only sent a beautiful message to me said that they can’t help . Will go to Ritz Carlton next time
GOOD HOTEL! BAD STAFF!!

On the last four days of our 2 week vacation in Japan, we stayed at the Park Hyatt & it was the perfect end to a beautiful trip! After sleeping on futons and showering in tiny bathrooms we really enjoyed the comfy beds & huge American style bathrooms in this hotel! It was like a peaceful relaxing spa when we returned from sight seeing each day. The food was delicious, the staff is attentive & friendly & the swimming pool was amazing. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I've stayed at many hotels in Tokyo but this one is spectacular! When you arrive at the hotel entrance you will be greeted warmly by many staff members, one of whom will know your name. They will escort you up to the 42nd floor lobby and you'll sit down with them to review your reservation. As I've stayed here a number of times they remember me and on our last trip kindly remembered my request for a corner room. Imagine our surprised when we returned and they gave us a corner room!! They will also take the time to ask about any transportation needs you may have during your stay and at departure, and make arrangements. There is a bus from Haneda airport directly to the hotel. The cost is about $15.00 per person one way, but it stops right at the hotel entrance. And the hotel can book your return to the airport if necessary. The room keys are metal keys not the plastic pass keys. The common areas are so beautiful. The walls are lined with a sage Thai silk and the colors are very restful. They have a library should you need something to read and a fitness center that includes a 25m indoor pool! (they will supply a swim cap). Their fitness center has all the equipment you'd expect except it is located on the 45th floor with a spectacular view of Tokyo!! The rooms are large with a stone floor/surround bathroom and lots of wood, which is very calming. The beds are firm and very comfortable. In room coffee (nespresso) or tea is always available. The robes are very fluffy as are the towels and slippers and jammies are also provided. Amenities abound and if you forgot something you don't find in the bathroom they are sure to have it. Lots of storage for your luggage and shopping. Yes you can watch the movie, "Lost in Translation" or you can simply book a room and enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay. My favorite hotel in Tokyo!

Room Tip: Enjoy a drink at the NY bar and admire the view!

The Park Hyatt in Tokyo lives up to all of our expectations. It is a stunningly beautiful, impeccable and opulent hotel. And the bar on the top floor is a once in a lifetime experience.

If you are looking for somewhere special to stay, you can’t go past this place.
