This beach is ideal for relaxing, it's quiet, has a few umbrellas and beds to rent, good for snorkelling and has several tavernas in walking distance.

Loved everything about this beach, not at all over crowded . Yes it is stony , but the water is sooo clear, it was perfect! Not at all over touristy like other beaches.

Small but beautiful beach. There are beds and umbrellas for rent but they run out soon so be on time, or come late.

The view of the bay is great and the steep hill side offers some shady areas in the hot afternoons. There are a couple of tavernas /restaurants within a couple of minutes walking. We prefer To Pretino for both lunch or diner.

This is a great beach which is good for swimming and snorkeling. We took the boat trip from here to the Shipwreck beach & Blue caves which were also great.

If you have plans to have trip for Navajio and Blue Caves you should start from Makrialos beach. You can buy tickets at desk jn the beac and it will cheaper, if you will do this at tourist offices. If your are not short on time you can swim hear and after have time for coffe and lunch at nearest taverna/On this way also Xygia beach(Sulfur) and Askos park.
