Been coming here regularly love the county and the area but we had the misfortune to be next to caravan with a disco until the early hours 3 -4 Inconsiderate people spoilt my last night if they want a disco go to Ibiza beware who is next to you it can make or break your well earned break !

I don't know what people are on about, I was quite worried by the reviews about this campsite facilities. Showers are just right, not to hot not to cold. Pitches on electric are plenty big enough. Staff are lovely. I will write more when I finish my holiday

Just got back from holiday and we have re booked again for September, lovely site not massive but this worked for us. Indoor pool very warm and so was the outdoor pool they both are small but again this worked for us . We were meant to stay Friday to Monday but stayed till Wednesday as we had such a fab time. I’d highly recommend lodge number 41 very clean and modern, clubhouse been recently renovated, fish and chip shop food very nice staff very friendly can’t wait to go back again

We visited here last week staying in a Jay Caravan.
It was a nice caravan very clean, even had a man come round when we checked in to see if everything was ok with the caravan.
Smaller site than I thought it would be but that was ok with us.
We didn't eat in the restaurant but had fish and chips which were good. Just a bit expensive for what you get.
Indoor play area was tiny and very dark in a corner needs brightening up.
The pool was warm which was a bonus as they're generally cold so we enjoyed this. Was in the small size but we went when it opened and it wasn't too busy.
We wound the staff very friendly and helpful.
The shop had lots of bits in for essentials but was expensive, we ended up at Morrison's which is 5 mins drive away.
We had a lovely few days here would go back.

Would not even give this site a rating that's how bad it was!!!!! Caravan was falling to pieces it was freezing cold spent 5 days in all the clothes and coats we took with us!!
The highlight was watching the rats run around under all the vans and climb up under us while sat eating are breakfast!!
Best bit was the road out and heading home

Stayed: October 2017
