Our family of 2 adults , 2 teens stayed in this villa style hotel located on Benoa Beach. for 5 nights. The rooms were spacious and fine for Bali standards. We liked the traditional decor although the 'Bali wooden doors ' did not lock securely so if you are really security conscious pick another hotel. The gardens were nice but we felt sorry for the turtles in the pond that were too big for this area. Brekky was very basic and staff not too friendly . We dined at The Cafe at Mulia located close by at Nusa Dua This is a marvellous property and the food was second to none.. We also went next door. Also ate from vendors stalls and restaurants [ Bumbu Bali in walking distance] in the street and there is a convenience store close by too.We would certainly stay again as this hotel is value for money and visit the other hotels in the area.It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We all swam in the pool and were the only ones using it most days. You can buy souvenirs off of the beach in front of the property.

Room tip: It is a small hotel located on the beachfront. No rooms had sea views only lovely gardens.

one best thing of this hotel is that it is on the beach. You can catch sun near the pool and in the beach which is 50m. from pool. Valuable stay- not new, a little bit old, but clean and nice hotel. Breakfast good, nothing special- coffe or tea, fruits and main dish- noodles, rice or omelet. But restaurant is on the beach and sea view!!! Rooms need a little renovation, but for such small price is good and nice hotel

Room tip: valuable hotel in the beach

We we're supposed to stay here for 8 nights but ended up staying only half of that. The room is ok, it's spacious and tidy (except for the dead roaches). The AC worked wonderfully. The path from the rooms to the restaurant is gorgeous and well maintained. The biggest downside is the salty water from the tap and the fact that our room did not have a mosquito net around the bed. The service is ok, some of the staff spoke very limited English. Breakfast on the other hand was appalling and the Wi-fi does not work properly. Location 10+. In general the hotels seems a bit worn down.

Room tip: There are no ocean-view rooms even if they advertise it.

Old style Balinese hotel old style bathroom water is salty, the bed linen and pillows need replacement the restaurant is expensive for what it is than they want 21%on top never seen many eat there breakfast was ok,
Unfortunately most staff speak little English.
None of the ocean front rooms have views of ocean so don't waste your money on them
Old style pool and no umbrellas I don't think they want to spend any money on anything

Good location spoilt by poor facilities and management. Water in rooms and pool almost acidic but definitely salty and poor quality. Forced to buy 6 gallons of bottled water daily just for bathing. Cat litter in ceiling of bathroom and smelt of cat urine with sounds of kittens 24/7, despite complaining management did nothing. The staff did replace a badly corroded shower rose causing water to spray throughout the bathroom but due to water condition never used it again.

Other than that staff generally very good, food was basic but great as were the room, kitchen and restaurant staff. Good burgers and omelettes.

Location excellent.

Needs new (or current) ownership to turn this into a special location, of which could be done at minimal cost. Current ownership seem unconcerned with the rundown condition and very poor water quality.

Better places to stay, but if they rectified the water and removed the cats in the ceiling would happily stay again. Until then will avoid.
