In September, our daughter and her husband held a wedding celebration at Kilminorth Cottages in Looe, and by recommendation from the owner of Kilminorth, Jayne Longrigg, we booked Rik from Radius 7 to supply the catering for the reception. The wedding was held on 3rd September, in absolutely torrential rain, but the wedding went ahead with Rik and his staff set up in the catering tent next to the marquee. We had canapes at the champagne reception to start, followed later by a lamb roast with all the trimmings, and an exotic fruit salad for dessert.
The canapes were served on wooden boards and were delicious - mini yorkshire puddings were amazing!
The main event was a lamb roast which was served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, gravy and mint sauce. The children were catered for with mini fish and chips at Rik's suggestion, which went down very well, and Rik even managed to supply some chicken from his catering tent for those who weren't keen on lamb.
All in all, the meal was delicious, and was served warm and with no fuss.
The price was very competitive,as we didn't want to spend loads as we were on a tight budget, and he based what we had on the budget we gave him perfectly.
Rik is very helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending him
