Stayed for two weeks and was told that someone would meet us when we arrived and a maid would be provided in the middle of the stay. No one met us at the property when we arrived, the key had been simply left in the door. Kitchen was extremely sparsely equipped, i.e. no saucepan, simply a large casserole dish. Had to boil an egg in the kettle and then discovered only 1 egg cup supplied. The place obviously hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for a few months as the mats were dirty and hadn't been moved for a long time.When the maid walked in she refused to do anything as there wasn't enough equipment to clean the place. She even refused to change the linen. A simple list of local amenities would also have been very useful,i.e. being told that it was not on the bus route and the local supermarket was almost 2 miles away. Air con was only in the bedroom and the fuse tripped out several nights. Luckily my husband is an electrician so was able to re-set the trip switch but only after being told where it was by another resident on the complex. Later discovered that much better accommodation is available on the same complex, at a much cheaper price. Certainly won't be staying there again.
