Description: Haute cuisine (fine dining) 16 seats featuring Aruban and Caribbean Cuisine

If you have an adventurous palate, a dining experience at this establishment is for you. Kitchen Table by White provides an intimate dining experience with a maximum capacity for 18 diners at one seating per evening. Expect to spend at least 3 hours enjoying 6 courses of finely prepared, meticulously plated food. The evening started with sipping champagne on the roof of the restaurant while you watch an Aruban sunset and meet and mingle with your fellow diners for the evening. Your host, Andres, goes out of his way to remember everyone's name as he endlessly pours glasses of champagne, but if you really want to enjoy your night, don't over indulge! The semicircular seating around the kitchen lends itself to an elegant, yet casual atmosphere with excellent service and comfortable seating. Alcohol is a separate charge...wine, liquor or the the wine pairing. Everyone indulged in the vino, as cocktails would seem out of sync, and one couple even split the wine pairing, having each pour split between 2 glasses, a good idea for light sipping of each selection. After the appetizers, of which there are 2 and a soup, you are invited to step outside for a breather as you sip lemon sorbet and champagne to cleanse your palate, mingle with others and stretch your legs. Each plate has multiple layers of complexity which are explained to you by chef before you taste. Don't expect large portions, but by the end of the night you will be sated. An added bonus was a take home gourmet cupcake for your breakfast. If, when making your reservation you mention a special occasion, there is an added treat in store. Reservations...hmmmm. they need to be made months ahead of time, by email from home or take a big chance you might luck into someone's last minute cancellation if you wait until you are on the island to call. This dining experience is not for the faint of wallet either! But one you will always recall for it's culinary experience, not the price tag!

Had breakfast and lunch here, each time you can tell the chef put pride and care into your dish. They not only tasted amazing but, looked amazing. The eight course tasting menu looks amazing, but have not had the chance to reserve it with a few picky eaters. But any foody would appreciate it! Pictured is the eggs benedict and was delish

The whole experience was wonderful. Met some really nice people. The food was very gourmet. Delicious. We did not do the wine pairing but others did and they were very generous with their pours. Creative presentation. Sent us home with a yummy cupcake. Also went to Fred’s this week and Table by White was far better.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish, and one that our family will not forget.

We began on the upper deck with champagne and a beautiful sunset with a total of 16 guests. We moved down into the restaurant where the staff graciously tended to this group in an intimate setting. The staff introduced themselves, the process, and each of the amazing courses. They also described the wine that was perfectly paired with each course. The food was beautifully plated and delicious——every single course. I thought I’d be stuffed with that many plates, but the team designed a culinary journey that was so creative and satisfying without being heavy.

We ended the night with two very light and delicious dessert courses. It was divine. The only thing better was waking up today having forgotten about the special cupcakes that they sent us home with. They were margarita cupcakes, and quite possibly the best cupcakes I have ever eaten!

This was the most expensive meal I’ve had by the time you factor in the wine pairing and gratuity, but it was worth every penny.

If you are a foodie, I highly recommend this experience!
