Stayed here both pre and post seven nights sailing around the Caribbean. The location of this hotel is ideal, off the busy coast road just outside Bridgetown and on a beautiful beach. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful on both occasions. We stayed for two nights before sailing and the room we were allocated then was on the sixth floor with stunning views around the bay all the way to Bridgetown. On our first night dinner was a beach barbecue for a reasonable price with more than enough to eat. We got lunch from the beach bar the next day and that again was fine. Unfortunately dinner that night was only offered as a small buffet so we ate out at a nice restaurant just a short walk away. The bar prices were expensive but we have found that in every Radisson we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from and the views from the open air restaurant were stunning. On our return, after our sail, the hotel was full and the room we were allocated on this occasion was on the first floor with no view to speak of but on the plus side it was large, with two double beds and we were able to check in almost immediately even although it was only about 11 in the morning. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable, the only negative was that the air conditioning was so noisy we had to switch it off during the night. The swimming pool was small but that did not matter as you just walked onto one of the best beaches in Barbados with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Room Tip: High floor on the beach side of the hotel.

This is a great place to stay. The staff in very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The beach is incredible. This hotel is not for you if you're a light or medium light sleeper. The air conditioners are noisy and there are no ceiling fans in the rooms.

The Radisson Aquatica hotel provided us with all we needed for a very relaxing holiday. The position of the hotel is excellent, right on a perfect beach. We loved our balcony and would never tire of the view over the stunning beach and sea. There was also the bonus of watching the local horses enjoying their early morning swim. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and so welcoming, especially Jeanene the concierge. Kanesha provided us with very interesting short walks showing the fascinating local history of the Garrison. We also loved the 1 dollar local buses....1 dollar for any journey. All local information is available from the staff. We also loved watching locals using the hotel for family gatherings in the restaurant or ballroom. We have never slept so well. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was so comfortable. Thank you Radisson.
