Had a great day! The drive there and back was beautiful-- our guide, Bartolo, was very informative and friendly. The actual zip line was very well run, safe and experienced staff- Very much enjoyed out trip!

Tony and his crew were knowledgeable and fun. The scenery was fantastic. The starting point is located at the end of a wash. Not a road, a wash! It was great- definitely heightened the adventure. In addition to zip lining there was repelling and tequila tasting at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone with an adventurous nature.

I went with my boyfriend, who is afraid of heights, but felt super safe because of all the precautions taken by the staff at Canopy. They literally check you twice before you leave the entrance, and then before you get on each zip line. They teach you everything you need to know before you get on, and have employees everywhere to help you out and make sure you are safe. The only downside to this excursion was that the hurricane did hit their side, and so there was a lot of trees that have fell down, which isn't the best view. Bert, our tour guide was super attentive in the truck and showed us many things around the community on our way and from the trip!

Just visited the Canopy Tours with two other couples ranging from mid 20s to mid 50s in age and we absolutely had a blast. It was great to see some of the surrounding villages and the beautiful countryside. We were a little nervous about the height of the zip lines but staff were stationed at each platform to catch and reattach passengers safely. The equipment was all very sturdy and you are attached via two clips at all times on the zip lines and also clipped in while waiting to be sent along a line. The staff also helped with modifications for children and had cute smaller harnesses to keep little ones secure as well. Being with a group of six, it was also awesome because we were able to travel through the courses at our own pace and stay together to watch one another. I would recommend sneakers as there were a couple areas requiring light hiking. All of the pathways were lined with concrete slabs, so no need to worry about mud. There was a great little gift shop near the zip lines which was much less expensive than resort shopping and proceeds go to the local villagers. Overall, amazing experience; a must-do while in Punta Cana.

My wife and I were nervous about the condition of the lines given that we were there immediately after Hurricane Maria. Everything went very smoothly and the lines were a blast! Also the staff at this attraction were extremely helpful, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in our group learning about their area as well as having a great experience.

Side note: get the local chocolate at the shop they have up there... cannot be beat!
