As promised, I said I'd write back to everyone regarding my second time at the Royalton in PC.
Once again I rate this an A+ vacation!
Greeted at the front lobby by a number of employees with cocktails and cold towels is always a great way to start off a vacation. Angel &Tony who were our previous butlers welcomed us. This was especially nice! It felt like no time had past since the last time. They also remembered our names and small "likes" "favourites" and requests we had made from our last visit. They walked us to our room and asked about others we had travelled with previously, genuinely concern. So sweet!
This time we were visiting for a shorter time, and with less people...though every minute was worth it!
My husband surprised me with the Chairman Suite which had 6 balconies -3 washrooms, a family room, bar, kitchen table area, pool table....and two separate bedrooms. One with a King and the other with two full doubles. The mattresses here are ultimately the best I've slept on.
Like before, the room was furnished beautifully and was kept extremely clean. Premium bottles lined our bar. Full size fridge in this room and two minis fully stocked, snacks topped up daily.
We were in the Diamond club area which I highly recommend! The beach is roped off area with food and beverage service at your chairs. Loungers are gorgeous and very comfortable. Food, drinks and Service Excellent!
Weather was unbelievable!
Immediately our butler returned to us at our beck and call. He would basically clean off sand from our beach beds, and on the occasion change and freshen our towels without us asking, (if the towels were too wet from the ocean, or pool we were laying on).
Spa appointments were made...and any other details and arrangements were discussed as we socked in the sun! We never had to leave our chairs -
On this short vacation we also met a wonder beach server named Yerical. "Only one in the world"!!! He's from Punta-Canada ;) - what a joy!!!!
Being treated like royalty, the servers would bring us fresh fruit dishes and fruit kabobs a few times daily to keep our taste buds satisfied in the warm sun. They also added a new menu...because (they only get better...from what I see). It's called Juice Therapy, with amazing power drink smoothies! I tried a few. Delicious! Recommend them for breakfast snack too...keep you hydrated! Speaking of hydrated....fresh coconuts were my favourite the first time I went in December, well Angel didn't forget! These coconuts were served simply with a straw to take in the natural juices inside. Yerical would often cut the coconut up for us, so we could enjoy the inside, with a touch of sugar. Mmmm, you must try it!
The severs are always smiling and happy to serve. Brings added sunshine to your day! (We tip...it's just in our nature to do so...for the great work and respect we have for them).
On the first day we went back to our room - my husband had arranged for Gorgeous bouquet of Roses be sent there for Valentines day. They set this up on our table with a Bottle of champagne chilling, and small cup cake deserts for all of us including the children. Great touch!!!! Unbelievably nice, and classy...Royalton!!!!!!
The second night returning back to our room we also had another surprise set up, after the beach for the children in their washroom and later that evening after dinner and the shows in our room. The tubs were filled with bubbles and flower peddles, and were lite up. Not only did they do this for us adults but to do this for our children....excellent!!!! (I will add some photos).
Dinners at the al la carts were - perfect!!!! Shout out to Julio! He knows his stuff...very educated server! We took our friends to Hunter steak house the first night and they could not believe the quality of meat that they were serving at an all inclusive. Food, service, premium wines, presentation, A+
Spoiled each evening with wonderful dinning - we also tried Cava...which is a Spanish inspired restaurant that serves tapas. These are small like "table shared" dishes....so depending on how many our in your party you might order one or two...for everyone. Devine! The Mexican located in the Memories resort, another favourite!!! Celebrated our God Daughters birthday and the hotel surprised us with a HUGE chocolate cake! (Picture posted). We also tried the burger place Bites next to the Splash Pad on that side one day....awesome -burgers and fries! Nice treat! Good quality again...100% fresh ground beef made daily.
Ice cream...well who doesn't love ice cream. Cute little place called Scoops -also a favourite for the kids after the WATER PARK (a must try and see..incredible)!
Beans cafe offers a great selection of snacks through out the day. One heck of a pastry chef, wow! Small little sandwiches, and great coffee, etc through out the day. Always tied us over before we went up to shower for dinner.
Musicians around at night played, and were very talented. Once in the Royalton Square and one outside Belinis Bar as we went for dinner at the Mexican. Again, nice touch!!!!
Also want to mention, we didn't do this - since we were with kids...but the Royalton also set up long line of tables on the beach by candle light on Valentines day for those who wanted to have a romantic dinner by the ocean. Gorgeous!!!!!! People must of enjoyed that - as ever table set was occupied and looked pucture perfect!
White roses were given to all ladies and young ladies as you entered each Resturant on Valentines day too.

The first time I went to Royalton was back in December with a much larger group. Having nothing but a wonderful time. Returning has just confirmed we absolutely love this place.
I travel a lot, some times twice a week. Been to many 5 star resorts around the world. I simply find Royalton as being all around an Excellent Resort! Service is always number one and this alone will continue to bring me back here. Food and quality fantastic! Drinks... Well I've been to many places 5*s where they will use no name or watered down sodas, juices and alcohol - this place uses nothing but the best! This shows they are giving you nothing but the highest standard. Important to me!!!! People must notice the little things too that make a 5 star!
Free wifi all around the resort...bonus!
Chargers in every room...fantastic idea!
Being able to make free calls to the US and Canada...what else can you ask for!
Pools are clean and some are heated.
Adults area is peaceful and has servers pampering you.
24 Amazing room service!
Big flat screen TVs
Clean and larger rooms
Top of the line mattresses
Aerobics on the beach, Zumba, yoga ....

Also...new since the last time I came, a pillow menu. Angel our butler asked if we wanted a certain type of pillow to sleep on....these people think of everything! Not only do they feed us well, take care of us while we are awake...but send us to sleep with our favourite pillows....now that's service!!!! Now that's Royalton....now that's Excellente!!!!!! (A Domnican'favourite expression)! :)
They say third times a charm...so Royalton I'll be back....
