Overall, I enjoyed my stay. However, on my last day at the resort, my bracelet for the room broke. I walked back and forth to the front desk 4 separate times to fix this. The first time, they scanned my bracelet to "fix" the issue and when I returned to my room it still didn't work. I returned to the front desk and they scanned my bracelet to "fix" it again and once again it didn't work. I returned to the front desk AGAIN and they said they would send someone to fix it, they didn't so I returned to the front desk 20 minutes later and they promised to send someone again. Someone eventually showed up and looked at the door and told me I simply needed to get my bracelet fixed (which I had already done two times). I walked back to the front desk yet again and was given a completely new bracelet and a manager accompanied me to my room with her own separate key. My new bracelet didn't work and her key didn't work. I was finally able to enter my room because a maid happened to walk by and used her key to let me in after 2 hours of being locked out (during this time I spoke to a man on my floor who said he was also locked out and it was the 4th time it had happened during his trip) The manager told me security would be by to fix the door shortly and of course they never showed. So I spent the final day at the resort in my room because if I left I knew I wouldn't be getting back into my room. Upon check out, I was told I would receive an email with some time of compensation for a return stay at the resort for all my troubles but never received one. Outside of this ruining my last day, I really enjoyed the resort. Polite staff, nice beach, the food at the restaurants was very good. It's a shame this ruined my experience.
