The hotel staff is excellent. They made sure that our stay was perfect. We were riding our bikes around the island on a 3 days tour. We stayed at the hotel the first night, our bikes were full of dirt because it rain during part of the ride . The hotel staff set an area with a hose in which we could clean the bikes. In addition, provided an area to safely store the bikes overnight for those sleeping in the higher stories.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I would not stay at another hotel in Mayagüez.

Excellent place and very good staff. Central and quiet place. Historic place where you can breathe a lot of peace. Close to places like public square, cafes and restaurants from where you can walk for better accessibility.

One night stay. My only complaint is about an intermittent noise near the a/c that kept waking me up al night. Front desk attention and cleanness was a five stars. Close to many Mayagüez places to visit
