We dined here on the first night of our vacation after arriving via Norwegian air that evening. We went looking for food with little expectations as to what we'd find.

We stumbled on this place because it near our hotel - and found it to be a great first meal :) The bar had a cool vibe with nice lighting, and our waitress was very nice. (And patient with the small amount of french we speak)

The food was just really good. We ordered one of the burgers, fish and the tartar... and were just very pleased with everything... What a great way to start our trip in Martinique!

We had a delicious meal on the second floor open air dining room. Staff were gracious and attentive and the food was delicious.

Went for a birthday dinner, group of 7.
We were pleasantly surprised by the decor and very friendly staff.
Very large cocktail selection that really tasted awesome. Strange that mocktails like virgin colada cost 1 eur more than a pina colada, but both really good and large sizes.
Lots of tapas, so can definitely go for drinks and small dishes.
We had dinner and main courses, also great, interesting. Small staff meant that one dish came a few minutes later, but otherwise perfect.
The marlin tartar was great, the fois gras as well, great ham selection. My mother in law mistook the smoked and cooked merlin in the pasta for bacon (which she doesn't eat) but the chef sent a small dish showing the raw and cooked fish to put her at ease, a nice gesture!
There was quite loud music coming from another restaurant downstairs, but it meant a festive ambiance, not an issue.
Great evening, even my usually critical in laws loved it!

Thank Olaf K

The staff was great and helpful, the starters very good (try the smoked Marlin tartar) but the main course was not too good. The veal was not good, the vegetables had no taste and I could not eat it. I don't think I will go back.

We visited this upmarket restaurant in Pointe du Bout for our 33rd wedding anniversary. View from the upstairs dining room across the Creole Village is charming. The cocktail menu was varied and we were given La Carte in English as it was clear we were not French speaking.

We had the brie with walnuts, and the exotic assiette as starters (entrees). Both turned out to be big enough as plats or main courses. Four generous slices of brie and the exotic had 4 goujons of octopus, three spring rolls ( stuffed with crevettes), two samosas and three onion rings. Individual portions of fresh bread were served hot from a muffin tin We both thought this is excellent!

Unfortunately the main courses were let down by the vegetables. The servings were again more generous in terms of meat - my wife had a veal chop and I had a large slice of dorade ( sea bream) served with a chorizo cream sauce - than antiicpated in an up market restaurant . The green vegetables - a mixture of haricot verts, sugar snap peas and beans- were soggy and oily and tasted of chlorophyll. Not sure how they were cooked but the technique did not work. The sweet potatoes were pureed in a ramekin dish with a spicy topping, but were bland and over mashed with no texture or taste remaining.

The dessert menu looked interesting but the size of the main courses - we only ate about 1/3 each - left no appetite for a sweet course.

Staff were attentive and I'm sure they can do better. We would not choose an entree & plat if we went again and would avoid the green vegetables.

One other recommendation is that they invest in some linen napkins - at a third floor open elevation paper ones just blow off your lap. After spending €108 I'd expect that kind of touch.
