My daughter and i stayed there for 4 nights,
Best place by far to stay in Saba, in windward, and close to all amenities,
Hemmie knows everybody and folks has huge respect for him
Place is in top of hill, so all rooms has huge balcony with -perfect view to mount scenery, Windward and Airport(you can see landing and take off)
We stayed in Indonesian room which is decorated nicely, it is a big room, well-furnished and has everything you need
Shared area also well designed and beautiful
Hemmie is going beyond for his guests, I don’t want to go in detail to what he did for us to not to create expectation for you but he is very friendly and pass his honest opinion and make sure you enjoying your stay
Hamid

Selena Dunia is tucked away yet close to the windward action. My husband and I loved it here. We were delighted to be welcomed by Hemmie who is an excellent host. He was cheerful, informative and pleasantly assisted in every capacity. It is a treat to not have to venture out in search of breakfast and instead be served at your desired time.

The room is especially spacious (space to do yoga for two) and unique. It is terrific to be able to walk away, doors unlocked and sleep unharassed by insects with the large French doors open. We felt like we were in paradise and smiled like giddy children to wake up and watch the clouds go by, hiding and then revealing the beauty of Mount Scenery and views of the village below. All in all, I know where I would be staying if I return to Saba. Thanks, Hemmie! You are wonderful.

Room was very quant... with an awesome view of the village below. Heard the conch go off at 6am in the morning for the village to start getting up. a place where time stands still... Can walk to the sites from the hotel. The owners are very nice and will help in at way to make your stay nice. They know everyone on the small island. Had a very nice quiet over night stay.

Okay, there isn't much of a "crowd" in Saba, but Selera Dunia is quiet and atop a hill that overlooks the sea and the shortest commercial air strip in the world. We did overhear from other visitors that stayed at different hotels down in town on the Windward Side say that there were noisy guests and commotion, whereas we had nothing but breeze.

There is no air conditioning (but this is true for 99% of Saba) and with the ceiling fans and doors open it was cool, with no insects. There are no locks on the doors, but one is available if you want to use it. I am pretty wary and not fond of leaving things unlocked, but I never felt as though my things were at risk. Hemmie is typically there throughout most of the day. He did a wonderful job at accommodating our needs and brought breakfast every day at a time we could choose. He does a lovely job at maintaining the property and we will definitely pay him a visit on our next trip to Saba!

Spent 6 nights at this hotel, what a wonderful location. We were very impressed with the warmth and friendliness of the hosts Hemmie and Jenny. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and excellent internet. Jenny served us breakfast everyday which was tasty but her smile and cheery "Good Morning" started our day perfectly! We didn't rent a car but walked everywhere or used the plentiful taxis. We would highly recommend this hotel.
