As always our reviews are solely based on our particular likes, tastes, expectations; they are never intended to persuade dissuade anyone from patronizing a business.
We've bought pasty here a dozen (or more) times during our two visits to St. Barth's. As it was a short five-minute ride from where we were staying (Le Petit Morne), it was nice to be able to pick-up a croissant or bread or any other wide-variety of pastries/breakfast items they offer.
They offer coffee but not like in the US, it's stronger (expresso) and smaller so if you are use to Dunkin Donuts sized mugs, you may want to consider other options but the pastry is always fresh and the breads are delicious and fairly inexpensive.
Would recommend to friends/relatives.

This busy boulangerie is always packed for a reason. The food is authentic and delicious and very affordable. I could NOT eat enough of their almond croissants!!! And for only $1.95 euro! The epinard quiche is delicious and good espresso. VERY affordable but expect to wait in line.... it's worth the wait!

There are two outlets for this bakery, one in Colombier and one in L'Oriens. The former is the main one the latter the better. patries are good, the sandwiches and lunch OK, breads are very good. What is sadly amiss is the attitude of many of the ladies behind the counters....they seem not to enoy being there, never smile and are quite rude. The eat in facilities are basic, better in l'Orien than in Colombier. Today, we had lunch at Colombier, the tables were all uncleared, food bits, dirty dishes, etc. And the flies. lots of them. Big black ones. When we asked about the flies swooping on the food we were told"its the fly season now" Period. then the woman who is serving up the patries bent down and pulled out a pan from the floor (did not look that clean which held the effluent fluid from a white plastic pipe probably the cooling for the pastries case? anyway she went off with the big pan, came back with it, bent down and put it back in and continued to serve quiche and pastries.......oh dear..... wished I had not seen that.....

Located in the hills in Colombier (not Gustavia) this is a solid patisserie with good quality pastries and sandwiches and breads to eat in or take out. Everything is super fresh and delicious. Seating is a bit rustic and it's a pity there isn't more of a view of the bay below, but overall highly recommend it. The tarte citron and tarte au chocolat are especially good.

On an island where everything is expensive, this place is cheap and delicious. You can get a sandwich to take to the beach for 6€.
