As a frequent traveler to St Barth's, I was excited to hear about this relative newcomer wine bar / bistro on the island, especially after seeing so many photos and good reviews on social media. So on a recent trip to the island, my wife and I stopped in for dinner here one night, and what a treat it was! The very talented and personable young chef Julie Campion, who hails from the Bordeaux region of France, presented us with what I would describe a French version of a Spanish Tapas or Greek Mezes style dinner, presenting multiple plates of exquisitely prepared and tasty French inspired food paired with the appropriate glasses of French wine. We opted for the six course menu, with a variety of vegetable, fish and meat plates coming out, paired with white and red wines from the Loire, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. The servers were polite, informative, and efficient, and Julie herself was kind enough to spend time with us to discuss her background and vision for her restaurant, and French gastronomy and vinous matters in general. This truly is a special place; food and wine lovers who are on the island should seek out this gem of a Bistro. I cannot wait to dine here again the next time I visit St Barth's. Bravo and well done!

We came on a Saturday night and so sad we can’t go back as the restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday and we leave the Island Tuesday. Not inexpensive, but a great value on the island for the quality. It is not for everyone as the menu is a bit eclectic with a lot of small plates. My wife and I had the onions in balsamic, the white asparagus with eggs, the cheese ravioli, the truffle grilled Camembert cheese and Iberian ham. Everything was great with the ravioli and the white asparagus as the standouts. The jamon was a distant third. The service and wine were great as well. This is a great place. I highly recommend it.

Upon entering this little nook you immediately feel at home, warm, welcomed, and very appreciated. The well-appointed decor reminds me of charming restaurants I frequent in Vermont and Utah. The cuisine is not only delectable, but also unique from other restaurants on the island, wile the staff are all knowledgeable on the wonderful wine selection. It is a must visit when on St. Barth's!

I hate to write this review because this wonderful new restaurant post Irma is fantastic and want to keep it a secret. But I want the owner and chef to succeed because she should. It’s located in an unassuming place...Behind Andy’s former Hideway (which is closed due to Irma) and it’s a wine and tapas place. To refer to the food as tapas just doesn’t do it justice. The servings are small but each order is a jewel unto itself. The staff is helpful and friendly, the wine is exceptional and they help you find the perfect one, even if it’s just a glass. It’s informal and fun. If you are up for a real treat find this unassuming new place.

With a number of restaurants still not open we welcomed this recommendation from our agency and liked it so much we went twice. Two totally different menus as Julie, the owner, prepares her small plates when she finds the best meats, fish and vegetables of the day. Don't miss the white asparagus. Call first, the restaurant is very small but totally delightful
