We stayed at the Windjammer Landing Resort for our wedding anniversary for 8 days.
Our accommodation was good and comfortable. As our stay was booked under two separate reservations (we added an additional day prior to flying out), we were required to move rooms. The second room was amazing with spectacular views.
We decided to book the excursion to the Emerald Waterfall and traveled by jeep. Our tour guide Smiley was passionate and knowledgable, making the tour our top tour in our many travels. We would recommend you check if Smiley will be your guide.
The resort was fairly quiet as it was rainy season. We dined at Jammers and ate a range of flavoured meals. During our last few days we met Chef Warren who served up a few local treats for us. Chef Warren is professional and passionate about what he prepares, making the food enjoyable to eat every time.
Although we are heading back home to the UK, we are sad to go. We could have easily done another week.
