There is a reason that this hotel is ranked Top 25 in the Caribbean. Nothing is too much trouble, the atmosphere is so enjoyable, it's perfect. We stayed in a lead in studio room which was spacious, clean, so comfy and fully equipped. Our balcony was the real highlight as the views offered uninterrupted views the bay. One thing worth mentioning that nobody else seems to have previously is that this property is located right next to the local airport (SFG not SXM) so there are a handful of small (12 seater) aircrafts landing from neighbouring islands but I honestly barely noticed. The views are too spectacular to pay any attention and it was quite thrilling to see them land so low over the houses from the balcony (if you're in your room, you don't hear a thing anyway). Breakfast is light continental with fresh pastries that you pick the night before, fruit, Yoghurt and good coffee or fruit juices. The pool is in the perfect sun spot with a swim up bar hosted by the best, friendliest and knowledgeable bar team (Frank, Francesca and Alain are an absolute credit to this hotel and really made the stay what it was!). It is based mere minutes walking distance from Restaurant Row which covers any dining options you could think of from local Caribbean to fresh pizza to beautiful French fine dining, just be aware that due to the mountainous build of the island, there are a lot of steps to climb to get back up to the hotel (which helps burn the calories!) Or you can arrange the complimentary shuttle team to come and get you which was easy enough. I love this hotel, would definitely stay here again but maybe not so long - but only because it's so close to so many other islands so the perfect starting point to get elsewhere or finishing point to end on a guaranteed high!

The hotel and its location is everything. Easy friendly service from all of the staff, brilliant visa across Grand Case with romantic sunsets. Easy walking onto “restaurant row” with great food choices…Lo Lo’s make it so authentic.

There is much to say about this lovely but quaint hotel. The whole staff was truly wonderful and welcoming. They treated us like family and made a genuine effort to get to know us and address our needs. The rooms and views were absolutely remarkable. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Truly the best sleep I have had while being away from home. I cannot wait for our next visit.
