We were looking at the menu trying to decide on a to-go order until we saw the door of the grill swing open; decision made. A fresh rack of ribs hot off the grill and a side of fries for an incredible price. Service was friendly and flexible and ribs had amazing flavor.

My friend and I were staying in Dutch St. Maarten, we took a ride over to Grand Case to see the sites and the remnants of favorite restaurants after Irma. The strip of restaurants are mostly gone, but the "Lolos" are still in business. Skys the Limit might be the previous Talk of the Town. It is a favorite stop for tour guides and well worth the trip. I had the chicken and tomato salad, any friend ordered the ribs. Both were tasty, but the chicken was exceptional. It is smoked and grilled with wonderful seasonings.I miss my favorite restaurants, hope they rebuild, but Skys the Limit was a worthy fill in. Oh yes, the Jonny cakes were great, piping hot and very tasty.

We had a day to explore Philipsburg St. Martin .After a tour round the Island. we were all hungry and our Local tour Guide brought our party of 12 to Sky's the limit for Lunch. We were not disappointed as the food was so good. We ordered different dishes and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Some dishes came out later that others but did not mater as the food was so delicious and full of flavour.
Would have given 5 stars but the smoke gets to you a bit and the toilet needs renovating.

Last week I was on an excursion called 'Flavors of St. Marteen' this restaurant is where we had lunch; amazing and tasty food! The owners make everything fresh in the morning and whatever food is leftover they donate the food to a local Catholic Church on the French side that feeds the island's hungry.
If you go here you MUST have the national dish of St. Marteen; the restaurant also caters to any dietrey restrictions! The restaurant uses the currency of the French side of the island; Euro along with USD!
Also beautiful views of the water!

We went to Sky's the Limit on our Flavors of St. Maarten Culinary tour and the food was really good. Locally owned and willing to give back and share, the beachfront restaurant has huge ovens venting delicious smells that make you want to eat a lot more than you should!
