Blue Cilantro has some of the best food we’ve had in Grand Cayman. Everything was fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, we chose this restaurant after scuba diving all day and we all were exhausted. They served us at a VERY leisurely pace which might have been fine on any other night, but they had a hard time reading our cues and polite attempts to speed things along. We will definitely go back on a night when we are less tired!

Chef Shetty creates delicate masterpieces with fusions of flavors from the Subcontinent, France and the Caribbean, which dance on your palate. The tasting menu will give you an idea of the breadth and depth of the chef's talent and experience. The service is charming, unobtrusive and knowledgeable. I will treat myself to Blue Cilantro every trip to Cayman.

We ate here on our first night in Grand Cayman. The food was fantastic...probably the best snapper that I have ever had. Even my kids enjoyed the meal and wanted to visit again during the week we were there. The wait staff was very attentive.

We decided on a whim to dine at BC on a Friday night.

If booking, request an indoor sitting. Although it is very pleasant outside with a breeze, the restaurant is situated on a corner (with a small roundabout) and being close to the traffic is not ideal.

Inside is comfortable and reasonably roomy with tables for couples and/or small groups.

The service was very good, although sometimes we got asked the same question by several staff (e.g. Drink/desert orders). Maybe they were just trying to be helpful. It wasn't a bad thing, just a little surprising when we had just ordered something when another staff member comes along and asks if we'd like to order...again).

Drinks and wine selection is very good. By the glass options also very good.

There is an emphasis on seafood here, but there is also some very tasty options for those who may not be fish lovers (Rack of Lamb was a hit). The whole snapper was very tasty. The mussels were a good appetizer.

The food presentation was very good, and no complaints about portion size. Having said that, we did manage to squeeze in a desert each!

I don't think you would be disappointed with dinner if you went to Blue Cilantro.

We, a family of 4, with young adult children had an exquisite meal in an amazing atmosphere in the confines of A/C! I am all about sitting outside watching the sunset. My husband is not. Blue Cilanto has tantalizing appetizers and imaginative, scrumptious main courses.
Desserts were fabulous.
Highly recommend the fudge & sticky rice pudding. The jumbo (colossal) shrimp appetizer is also a MUST!
We will back!
