Tasting menus are really the main option and are encouraged. They price dishes so the tasting is the most economical. We had the four course tasting menu (vs the 6 or 7 course). Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty! The fish was so fresh and prepared to perfection. It was my husband and myself with our 15 year old and we each ordered different dishes so we could taste many.

They first give you a menu with caviar, oysters and their house specialty, tuna Foix gras, which we ordered. This meltedin our mouths It was absolutely special and delicious! All three of us loved it. My husband is gluten free so he didn’t have the baguette part.

When it came time to order and we realized it was a tasting menu, they let us apply the tuna dish to one of our courses. They were completely accommodating in any way they could be. They altered dishes to be gluten and dairy free for my husband and they let my daughter turn one of the small plates into her main course option.

Our favorites were a tuna Foix gras, the conch, the snapper ceviche, and the octopus!

The lobster was good, but not really special for the upcharge and compared to the other dishes. The salmon was delicious too. We also liked the scallops and the wahoo. Although they did forget to mention that the wahoo sauce is not gluten and dairy free. So my husband couldn’t use the sauce, which really made the dish. Without the sauce it was just okay.

We were there for 3 hours and it was the most expensive meal that we have ever had. It it was a deliscious dining experience.

If you’re in the mood to splurge in the Grand Caymans this is the spot. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and opted for the Blue tasting menu. It’s was perfect and they even printed the menu out for us on an anniversary card -
Very thoughtful! Service was outstanding. Highly recommend

Blue is inside the Ritz Carlton and comes with the atmosphere and price tag to prove it. That being said, the dinner was excellent and we did the wine tasting along with it which added to the experience. All the courses were good and offered some unique tastes. Watch the menu closely because even though you are ordering 4, 6, or 7 course options, some of the picks come with a surcharge that is in the small print on the menu.
Overall it was a wonderful, if expensive, meal.

We did the Blue tasting menu and everything was cooked to perfection. Impeccable service throughout. Best meal of our vacation by miles.

Have hit here more than once, and the overall experience is amazing. Worth of the AAA 5-Diamond (the only one on Cayman)...and should get 2 stars. This time we went with the 7 course tasting menu

amuse bouche - raw hamachi with ponzu, avocado soup, and an oyster, so clean and fresh....you want to rush the order!

Tuna foie gras - a staple of the menu. soft and creamy, with a crouton on the bottom for crunch

Snapper - a nice firm ceviche, the avocado cooled the citrus

Scallop - a favorite ( we did the 4 course a few days later and both chose this again), buttery, lemony, and a perfect scallop

Cod - Crunchy top, a bit firm rice but matched well

Ocotpus - the chorizo and the firmness of the ocotpus made it taste like sasuage, great sauce but perhaps my least favorite

dover sole - another triumph (wife ordered it again), the brown butter was great, and the gold leaf rice was so decadent

pre-dessert - salted caramel mousse in an egg shell...light but divine

dessert - hazelnut 'rocher', like the candy store staple plus, more gold !

Service was amazing. Very busy that night, and bc our table was 10 mins late, we got our drinks for free, not bad to get a $25 glass of bubbly on them. Vijay and Kieran were great!
