2 large pools, 1 with swim up bar, excellent food, a very nice beach, lots of construction on hotel, some noise, but when they're done, the beginning of Sept., as of now, Hemingways will no longer be open to anyone not staying in the hotel!

Upscale restaurant on 7 mile beach and the view is fantastic. The drinks were a good pour but mediocre for a cocktail. Appetizers left a lot to be desired. The lobster saffron concoction was a potsticker with no taste. The fois grais eel wrap was tasteless. Mahi mahi was good but the pad Thai was tasteless. Service was ok. However if you took your eye off your plate it disappeared. Overall, we all decided we would not be back

Arrived around 8:30am after being delivered by taxi from the cruise ship, costing $4 each. Was originally put off by the minimum spend, think it was $25 pp. However as we only had around 5 hours decided to go fir it. What a right decision. Beach & water beautiful, sunloungers & shade. Drinks & food served to you. We also ate in the restaurant for lunch, delicious. An all round winner.

My husband and I walked down to Hemingway's from The Westin. We were told by our crew from our excursion the night before that Hemingway's has the best frojito (frozen mojito) on the island. It did not disappoint! It was bright green, frozen, fresh, and delicious. Exactly what we needed on a hot day! Our bartender was very friendly. She made extra iced coffee and gave a glass to my husband. There was a homemade gelato cart set up and we had to sample some of that too!

Just returned from a terrific week at Grand Cayman. Spend every day at Hemingway‘s and the beautiful beach. We had lunch and snacks at our cabana all day long. Had outstanding service from Sheila and the fantastic manager Reno. They made our party of 21 feel like royalty. The food is really superior and the service is beyond exceptional. Cannot wait to return!
