My family and I attended Seven Restaurant for a night out at the Ritz Carlton on Seven Mile Beach. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious. It was a bit expensive, but most good restaurants on Grand Cayman are pricey. They have an extensive wine selection, but it comes at a cost. We started with the Ahi Tuna Poke. It was fresh and the Tuna was like butter! I had the Dover Sole in Smoked Brown Butter Sauce, Citrus, Capers and Almonds. The fish was served with the 2 sides filet and placed on each other. We shared the Tuffle Mac and Cheese. We finished the meal sharing the decadent C4 Sundae. It was fantastic and they probably have one of the best pastry teams on the Island so you will not be disappointed with dessert! I would definitely recommend.
