Romantic, stone building - candles and torches lighting the sky. This is a special experience from the moment you step inside - open air dining with a live band overlooking the pool and then beyond that - the private beach. The meal was served family style - exquisite fresh lobster, salads, juicy lamb, vegetables fresh from the garden... the servers were discreet and kept our glasses filled. Lovely evening.

Visited the Pavillion for dinner. Should have known it was going to be a long night when it took 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Service was slow and poor.

Wasn't even that busy.

This is an expensive restaurant. The service doesn't come close to what you pay for a meal here.

We came here for a romantic evening while on St Kitts. While we were enjoying a cocktail in the lounge a family arrived. The unruly children barefoot and in pajamas and the women with wet hair and in cover ups....we soon found out these were the owners. The children didn’t sit still for more than a few minutes at a time and the owners didn’t seem to mind it bothered the patrons. It was a very disappointing experience and it’s unfortunate the owners lack respect for paying patrons.

A few of us decided to try out the Pavilion for dinner. It wasn't very busy which is nice for romantic dinners. The prices are a little high compared to the other island restaurants but the service is more fine dining style. Food was good. Service was friendly. You do a require a reservation prior to going there. Setting is beautiful open plan with the Atlantic in views.

Great setting, but we could not enjoy the view, because there was a screen in front of us. When it got darker, we couldn't see anything. No lights around the trees to allow for viewing of the garden.. The restaurant itself is quite nice with an open feeling. And the meal and service were excellent.
